2022
Eligible companies may make their quota applications throughout the year. Each company may be granted quotas for a maximum of 100 persons per year. A company allotted with a quota can accordingly sponsor eligible persons to apply for an employment visa/entry permit within the quota validity period. When making a quota application, the applicant company must undertake to also employ the requisite number of new local employees.
合資格公司全年均可提交配額申請，每間公司可獲發配額以每年輸入最多 100 人。獲發配額的公司可相應地於配額有效期內為合資格人士申請工作簽證／進入許可須承諾遵守增聘本地人才的規定 。

OBJECTIVE 目標
Launched in November 1999, ITSP (Platform & Seed) aims to support applied research and development (R&D) projects undertaken by R&D Centres or designated local public research institutes with a view to transferring the R&D results to local industries.
「創新及科技支援計劃（平台及種子）」於1999年11月推出，旨在支援由研發中心或指定本地公營科研機構所進行的應用研發項目，並把研發成果轉移至本地業界。

The lead applicant must be an R&D Centre or a designated local public research institute.

To provide funding support for individual non listed Hong Kong enterprises to undertake projects to develop brands, upgrade and restructure their business operations and promote sales in the Mainland and FTA/IPPA markets, so as to enhance their competitiveness and facilitate their business development in the Mainland and FTA/IPPA markets.
為個別非上市香港企業在內地、自貿協定(FTA)或投資協定(IPPA)經濟體提供資金支持，開展品牌建設、業務升級和重組、促進銷售等項目，從而提升其競爭力，促進其業務發展。

Social Innovation Funding Opportunities
OBJECTIVES 目的
To establish or support schemes and experiments with a view to attracting, inspiring, or nurturing social entrepreneurship to develop innovations that aim at creating social impact and build social capital for supporting poverty relief in Hong Kong.
建立和支持能吸引、啟發和培育社會創業精神的計劃和試驗項目，透過社會創新，冀能產生社會效益，建立社會資本，以推動香港的扶貧工作。
BENEFICIARIES 受惠者
The SIE Fund intends to benefit members of the public in Hong Kong who are generally residents of Hong Kong without conditions of stay and in need of assistance in poverty alleviation and prevention of social exclusion such as the elderly, children and youth, persons with disabilities, people of diverse race, single-parent families, new arrivals, low income families, and other segments of the community in Hong Kong with limited access to education and opportunities. The aim is to bring hope, dignity and self-worth through providing them with appropriate services/products.
社創基金的最終受惠者主要是沒有居留條件限制並需要支援的香港居民，包括長者、兒童及青少年、殘疾人士、不同種族人士、單親家庭、新來港人士、低收入家庭，以及在接受教育及獲得機會方面處於弱勢的人士。社創基金期望為這些人士提供適切的服務/產品，為他們帶來希望，幫助他們建立自尊和提升自我價值。
FUNDING 資助形式
Through the intermediaries’ programme, the SIE Fund will distribute funding for Innovative Programmes and related Capacity Building programmes which are targeted to nurture social entrepreneurs and their ventures. Separately, the SIE Fund may directly fund flagship projects which are of major public concern and have greater social impacts, and for areas of unmet demands and service gaps where there is a need for greater coordination and collaboration to achieve results.
Funding will typically be in the form of grants for innovative ventures of different development stages (idea generation, prototyping, start-up or scale-up). The SIE Fund Task Force is also exploring new funding modes such as equity investment, loan guarantee and pay-for-success (aka social impact bond) to meet different funding requirements of social entrepreneurs and facilitate the development of the social impact investment ecosystem.
The SIE Fund welcomes the community to submit proposals. All proposals received will be handled by the Task Force Secretariat according to the established mechanisms. Those falling within the scope of the intermediary programmes will be referred to the relevant intermediaries for consideration.
社創基金透過協創機構推行的計劃，撥款資助「創新計劃」及「能力提升」相關項目，以培育社會創業家及其創新項目。此外，社創基金亦會直接資助旗艦項目，就公眾普遍關注並可達致更大社會效益的議題，尋求透過加強協調和合作來改善現時服務不足和供求落差的情況，締造更大成果。
資助形式一般而言為補助金，並適用於不同發展階段(包括構思、原型、初創、擴大規模)的創新項目。此外，為配合社會企業家的不同資金需要，以及促進社會創效投資生態環境的發展，社創基金專責小組亦正探討各種新的資助模式，例如股權投資、貸款擔保和按效益付費(亦稱為社會效益債券)等。
社創基金歡迎社會各界提交建議書，專責小組秘書處會按既定機制處理，當中適用於協創機構計劃的建議書會交予相關的協創機構加以考慮。
